MUSIC OUTREACH

Community, Worship, Culture

An important part of the Cathedral’s role in serving the Island is to make music accessible to the wider community.

The importance of this work is reflected in the fact that our music staff spend time each week at Peel Clothworkers’ School and at King Williams College.

Our aim is to engage with Island school children each year via massed singing events, most recently we hosted a workshop on Manx Music and Movement led by the inspirational Ruth Keggin-Gell.

Our lively concert series also offers live music to the community, the programme can be seen here.
