The Organisation
Cathedral Isle of Man is made up of three organisations, each looking after an element of Cathedral life.
St German’s Cathedral Chapter
The Cathedral is part of the Church of England, as the seat of the Bishop of Sodor and Man. It’s overseen by the Chapter and run by an executive team.
The Cathedral Quarter Trust
The Cathedral Quarter Trust is a charity which exists to be responsible for the ongoing development of the Cathedral buildings and grounds.
The Foundation for Music and the Arts
Music is a central pillar of the life of the Cathedral. The Foundation for Music and the Arts is a charity set up to support music-making at the Cathedral by, for instance, putting on concerts and supporting the Cathedral’s musicians.
